Shipping

We deliver the goods by express courier such as  EMS (Thailand post), Kerry express and DHL express. Items are dispatched promptly and a tracking number will be provided once the package is shipped.

International Shipping

Goods will be shipped in 1 business days after we receive the payment successfully (Business days do not include weekends or holidays). Orders placed on Friday after 12 P.M. Thailand time or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. The purchase price does not include shipping. 


The cost shown below is for shipping only. Customs duty and fees are not included. 
These costs may be added by your Customs are office and carrier once it arrives in your country and must be paid at time of delivery.


We will make every effort to deliver your order in a timely manner. However, delays occasionally occurr due to unforeseen events outside our control.  We are not responsible for payment of such duties and taxes.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages


Domestic - Failed Deliveries & Returned Package
The courier will attempt to deliver a package 2 times with a signature required, after a failed second attempt, the package will be re-routed back to our warehouse.  Then we will contact you to ensure if you still want the package. If yes, we will deliver again with the shipping charged at 100 B. However, if you wish to get the refund instead, we require the shipping cost both when we sent the package out and when it’s delivered back to us. The rest of the amount will be transferred to your bank account.

 

International - Failed Deliveries & Returned Package
In the event that the courier is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, Villains SF is not responsible for the payment of the return shipping costs and customs duties, fee and all other associated costs. Similarly, Villains SF is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the returned packages due to failed delivery which is non-refundable. We will deduct all shipping costs and duties associated with a failed delivery. 

We refund the balance, if any, when we receive the product back in our warehouse.


Service Delays
Villains SF is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays or other occurrences and the shipping fee is non-refundable.

 

Tracking
Tracking information will not be available until your package ships and has left our warehouse. Please note: Depending on the carrier, tracking information may not be available until 24 hours after courier has received the package. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation E-mail with your tracking number. 


 

Currency Exchange Counter
The currency exchange rate converter can be used to pay in 3 currencies. Please note should currency converter module malfunction, we will charge based on rate from bank of Thailand. We will email you an update should this occur.
